Virtual Switchboard

The Virtual Switchboard automatically transfers your calls from your advertised 0871/0870/0845 number to the correct department or individual without the need to employ a receptionist.

Callers to your company receive a welcome message or promotional message followed by a menu for up to nine options.. Each option can also have up to 9 sub options. Calls are automaticaly routed to destination landlines which operate like extensions.

If the destination line is busy the caller has the choice to queue or leave a voice message. Outside of Office hours the caller can be routed to a different destination or directly to Voicemail.
