Many of our clients appreciate our Managed Services.

Managed Hosting Accounts start at £30+vat per month per domain.  This ensures your site is on ultra low population servers, which we monitor every few minutes to ensure your site stays online.  Our engineers receive Email and SMS alerts the minute any problems are detected and are immediately able to respond.  We take care of all the ftp accounts, email accounts etc. for you. Think of us as one of your staff.

Managed Server Plans start at £100+vat per month per server.  We can system admin your Windows server for you leaving you free to concentrate on hosting sales (or whatever). This includes a pre set number of hours labour per month, and system upgrades, component installations etc.  Not forgetting support, we can even route all your support requests via a fully brandable support site where we remain invisible in the background.  This does not include the server, just the management and support of your existing server.  We can provide servers from £99 + vat per month so you can have a fully managed server from £199 + vat per month or just take the management services on your existing servers. An initial fee may be applicable for existing servers that  need assessing depending upon the existing setup and competence of previous adminsitrator.

Managed Websites are negotiable per site, depending upon the site requirements, our exact role and volumes.  Once the initial site design and development has been completed this service takes over and can be fixed fee per month or commission of turnover or a bit of both.  It entirely depends on the site in question.  The sort of things we can provide under this include (but not necessarily limited to):
