Terms of using TEXT services

This service is pretty new so we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Tokens for text messages must be pre-paid before they are allocated to your account.

You must identify yourself (ideally with a return number) as part of your text message.  If you enter your mobile number into your account details with us, it will automatically be inserted into the text for you.

No unsolicited texts are to be sent using this service.

No abusive texts are to be sent using this service.

No references or links to illegal or pornographic websites / other media are to be sent using this service.

Tracking systems are in place, so any complaints by recipients can be tracked back to you.  For this purpose we retain details of dates and numbers you send to.  We do not retain a copy of the text message itself.

Abuse of any of the above will result in unspent TOKENS being removed from your account without refund, your account being suspended and possible legal action being taken.
